In addition, Natalie has provided therapeutic intervention for a variety of mental health issues including grief, anxiety, depression, psychosis, chronic illness, and oppositional issues. She believes in a multidisciplinary approach to well-being and will be happy to work with you to find referrals to supplementary services in the community such as homeopathic medicine, psychiatry, psychological testing, and academic support.
When not practicing therapy, Natalie can be found walking the beach or hiking with her husband and young son. She is also passionate about cooking and the ways in which sharing meals can bring people together. Natalie and her husband have enjoyed traveling and living in other countries, but now are excited about the new adventure of parenthood and laying down roots in Santa Barbara.
